4. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Conduct

We are committed to fostering a safe and positive environment. You may not post or share content that contains hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, nudity involving minors, graphic violence, bullying, harassment, or any illegal activity. You may not use the Platform to impersonate others, spam users, collect information without consent, or manipulate engagement (such as fake likes or followers). You must not interfere with, disable, or disrupt any security features or servers. We reserve the right to remove any content, suspend accounts, or take legal action if we determine your conduct violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

5. Child Safety Policy

The safety and privacy of minors are a core priority. The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, and those under 13 are prohibited from creating accounts. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LockedIn and its affiliates, employees, directors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
